With over 3 years of experience as a therapist, I use IFS as my guiding modality. I work with clients from the youth population, specifically women and queer-trans folx, to meet themselves in the way they always deserved to - kindly, compassionately, gently, and curiously. The niche that we create, is aimed at clients healing their long-worn wounds of trauma, accepting themselves as the `good enough` persons that they are, and finding grace in their everyday existence!
