About Naman Jain
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by emotions that seem too big to handle, or maybe you’ve noticed certain patterns in your relationships or thoughts that you can’t seem to break. It could be that you’re carrying feelings—sadness, anxiety, frustration—that don’t always make sense, and you want to understand why. Whatever brings you here, my role is to help you make sense of it, at a pace that feels right for you. I work with a blend of practical tools and deeper insight because I know that some days, you just need help making it through. That’s where DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) comes in—helping you stay grounded in the present, regulate overwhelming emotions, and develop coping skills for the challenges you face. But I also know that just managing symptoms isn’t enough if we don’t understand what’s beneath them. That’s why I also bring in Psychodynamic lens, which allows us to explore the deeper layers of your emotions and experiences—understanding where they come from and how they shape your life today. Therapy with me isn’t about 'fixing' you because you aren’t broken. Instead, it’s about helping you feel more like yourself — less weighed down, more in control, and more connected to what truly matters to you. It’s about creating a space where you can be honest about what hurts, explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and build a life that feels more meaningful and balanced.
