I’m a trauma-informed, neuro-queer-affirmative therapist who blends behavioural, narrative & somatic approaches keeping in mind a systemic and grief lens. I aim to hold space for your story with honesty, empathy, and a bit of humor. Whether you're navigating grief, family dynamics, platonic or romantic relationships or just trying to make sense of all the uncertainty and change—I’m here with grounded tools and care. I'm certified in palliative and cancer care, and also practice animal-assisted therapy (because animals make everything better).
