I typically work with adults aged 20 to 50 who are navigating emotional and psychological challenges. Whether you're facing a breakup, managing anxiety, healing from trauma, or adjusting to major life changes, I provide a safe, collaborative space for growth and healing. My approach to therapy is non-directive, collaborative, and non-pathologizing. I aim to make sessions relatable & comfortable, whether that means encouraging you to bring objects that make you feel safe to sessions or recommending books tailored to your interests. My methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed therapy, with a strong influence from Internal Family Systems (IFS) throughout my work.
