Maya Sen

I offer counselling that centers each client’s experiences, values, and voice. I mainly work with adults. My approach is grounded in narrative therapy and social justice, and is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe many mental health concerns are shaped by systemic forces, yet people are often made to feel the problem lies within. Still, people are always finding powerful ways to resist. I walk alongside clients to honor these stories and co-create lives that center what truly matters to them.
