Ishika Mehta

I am Ishika Mehta (she/her), a Counselling psychologist under supervision, with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Delhi. In therapy, I work with clients in the age range of 19-35 years, where we work collaboratively to understand the individual and their world, while incorporating a trauma sensitive and multicultural lens. My approach that attends to the importance of relationships and how it impacts one's experience with self and the world suggests inclination towards attachment and systems oriented framework, as well as cognitive theories.
