I follow an eclectic, trauma-informed, and personalised approach to counselling and therapy. I believe that my process and space should adapt to you, rather than you having to fit into a narrow general process. I use a mix of cognitive, sub-cognitive, somatic and spiritually-augmented modalities and techniques. I work with individuals and groups diverse in age, identity, background and goals. I align with humanistic-existential, client-centred and eastern-indigenous school of thought. I believe every single one of us can benefit immensely by working on our mental health!
