Abhya Sharma

My work with my clients is depth and exploration-focused. While it helps to label, my focus is a lot more on understanding the human behind the label, be it diagnostic or otherwise. I strongly believe that each of us has the ability to heal, grow and live a life that feels authentic to us, and my work as a therapist is to hold up a mirror to the roadblocks that are preventing my clients from doing so and help do away with them. The therapeutic modalities I incorporate into my work include Existential-Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Emotion-focused Therapy.
