Hi, I’m Vaishnavi, a counsellor with training in Counselling Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and aimed towards you. I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed practices, guided by both science and empathy.
