I work from a person-centred lens, rooted in the belief that people carry an inner capacity for growth, insight, and healing. My role is to walk alongside you—holding space with attentiveness, respect, and a deep trust in your unique process. As a certified Expressive Arts-Based Therapist, I also bring creative mediums into the work, offering non-verbal ways to access and express what might feel difficult to articulate.
