While my core is humanistic, I follow an eclectic approach. Because I believe therapy is never one-shoe-fits-all. I draw from Gestalt Therapy when there’s a need to connect more deeply to the here-and-now experience, and from Narrative Therapy when we explore the stories you’ve been told, or have told yourself about who you are. Together we create a space which is safe, reflective, warm and genuine. I will be your fellow traveler as we navigate through your feelings, thoughts and actions.
