Mishti Kapoor

Hello and welcome! My name is Mishti Kapoor, a Counselling Psychologist whose practice is deeply rooted in making your therapeutic space feel compassionate and accepting. I draw from the ideals of Client-Centered and Psychodynamic approaches, with the belief that your journey should be tailored according to your own, distinct needs. Together, we can work on concerns ranging from self esteem/confidence building, stress and anxiety, to social and relationship issues. We will focus on recognizing your unique perspectives and strengths, aimed at helping you reach towards your most empowered self.
